-Create brand guidelines to define the brand. -Achieve a 500% increase in revenue within 6 months. -Utilize web and social analytics tools such as similarweb, Semrush, and SocialBakers to analyze competitors and conduct a SWOT analysis. -Resources include manpower (in-house team or outsource, external marketing agencies) and budget. -Dynamic auditing via hand- on monitoring and tools to measure, and communicate our quantifiable and qualitative performance. -Analize the Unique Selling Points (USPs) of the business. -Analize demographics /tribe data. -Review motivation driving them into positive action. -Analytics: Google, Heap, Kiss, Adobe, etc., to guide buyer’s persona and segmentation according to keywords in organic traffic. -Marketing objectives and KPIs: E.g. -Research tools such as Keyword Planner, Google Trends, and Audience Insights to conduct market research and identify potential target markets

Production
Week 9-12 -Website, PR, social media, and first targeted ads and marketing go live. -Leading up to this, all issues are ironed out. -SEO is tweaked, and new data gained through testing is applied
